Yoga

Private yoga sessions are a wonderful way to develop, deepen and improve your practice whether you are beginner, are working with an injury/condition or want to practise in a more advanced way. A private session (1-2-1, duet or small group) will be tailored to your specific requirements and needs. Many people also choose private sessions when work or family commitments prevent them from attending a regular weekly class or because they wish to practise at the time that is most convenient for them. Whatever the reason, there are many benefits to be gained from more individual attention.

Because of old injuries I felt unable to attend yoga classes, but Joanne has been able to patiently adapt our private yoga sessions to movements and positions I can manage. This has in turn led to reduced pain and improved flexibility, which is a great boon for a man in his sixties who is keen to keep moving and exercising.
