Kat and I are so excited to invite you to the Flow & Restore Retreat held in the beautiful Andalucian’s countryside in May 2027. The Hacienda Yoga Retreat is a beautifully converted, traditional farm steading in a peaceful location high in the Andalusian hills, surrounded by olive groves and pine forests with stunning panoramic views of surrounding mountains.

We can organise guided hiking and biking routes locally in Montefrio or Sierra Nevada mountain range or an excursion day to Granada. We will provide more details, options and prices closer to the date.
Our morning session will be a Vinyasa based practice and our evening session will be a Yin/Restorative practice .
