Restorative, Rest & Restore

Join me for a chilled 2 hours on a Saturday morning for some peace and quiet.  This session aims to help you find a little space in your mind & body, and leave you with a sense of balance. 

We will explore the following during the workshop:

  • Simple breathing techniques/pranayama to calm and settle

  • A nourishing restorative yoga practice

  • Closing with a guided relaxation for deep rest
